Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of product fault, please provide photos & videos showing the defect(s) of the product clearly. After confirmation by lenovoradio, you can return it for a replacement of new product, buyers are required to afford the return shipping fee. Refund or reship new products will be done after we received the full original package, and no product damaged by any man-made factors.

Remark: All return need be notified and confirmed by lenovoradio in advance. Please contact us for return address and matters need attention before you send it back.
