1. Case: Commercial models commonly use high-performance engineering plastic ABS, known for its durability, wear resistance, and aging resistance. Specialized models utilize PC+ABS plastic material, which provides a good appearance and robustness. Aluminum cases are made from lightweight aluminum alloy ADC12 for easy molding.

2. Buttons: Made of silicone material, these buttons are wear-resistant, durable, and offer a good tactile feel.

3. Main Unit: This includes the housing, PTT (Push-to-Talk) button, earpiece, power socket plug, PCB (Printed Circuit Board) components, LCD module, and more. The PTT button is located on the back, with the indicator light on the top.

4. LCD Module: Displays the walkie-talkie’s status in a user-friendly manner.

5. PCB Components: The core of the walkie-talkie, with all the key components mounted on it, including dedicated shielding covers and aluminum cases. Specialized models may have waterproof requirements, resulting in a more complex structure.

6. Battery: Available in various types such as Ni-Cd, Ni-MH, and Li-ion, with capacities ranging from 600mAh to 2400mAh. The top and bottom shells are ultrasonically welded for stability and reliability.

7. Belt Clip: Used to secure the walkie-talkie to a belt, it is detachable for convenience.

8. Antenna: Consists of the antenna sheath and antenna core. The antenna sheath is made of TPU material, while the antenna core connects to the main unit and can be easily detached.

9. Charger Base: Shared with car chargers, it charges either the battery or the entire unit. Its structure includes a DC socket, charging spring contacts, indicator lights, and buttons. It is capable of charging both the battery and the entire unit.
